divine indwelling

Divine Indwelling means the revelation of the truth that God (Father, Son & Holy Spirit) dwells in spirit in the centre of the soul.

God’s plan is to make known his secret to his people, this rich and glorious secret which he has for all peoples. And the secret is Christ is in you, which means that you share the glory of God. (Col 1:27)

God is the spiritual treasure within us, and we are only his vessels of clay. We hope to share our expressions of his love, as you join us in your own journey with God in realising this truth.

about Bro. Joe

Lord’s Leaven Mission is the work of the Holy Spirit and the Blessed Mother through the Church. Bro. Josefino T. Rona “Bro. Joe” has only been the instrument in writing the instructions and inspirations of the Holy Spirit, the Blessed Mother and the directive of my Spiritual Director.

In 1956, Bro Joe entered the seminary and studied for the priesthood for 14 years, but was not ordained a priest for he was called as a lay missionary.

Instead he was given an initial call to the DIVINE INDWELLING MISSION with the SEED of the Mission given by Our Lord to Bro. Joe during Holy Communion.

“My son,now that you have found a Me in your heart, go, look for Me in the hearts of the others… Tell them all I love them…. Tell them that I am in them.”

During 1974, February, Bro. Joe received the confirmation of his vocation, and he responded to the call for full time evangelization work. Through invitations from communities, institutions, offices, parishes, as well as other countries, Bro. Joe went on evangelizing not only in the Philippines, but also in USA, Europe, Guam, Saipan, Japan, China and Australia.

He wrote a number of spiritual materials, originated thematic seminars, trained speakers and evangelisers and organised several movements and charismatic prayer groups. He has written many courses and manuals, pamphets and books on several pastoral and spiritual subjects. He founded the Lord Leaven foundation and Mission Society.
