Join us as we continue to share fellow walk throughers reflections on Lesson 6 Divine Indwelling. This week we continue to share Sis Cathy De Leon’s reflections on Set 2 of Lesson 6 – Divine Indwelling.
Set 2 takes us through the revelation of the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mother Mary through Divine Indwelling. Mother Mary shares with us that they key to the triumph of our own heart is through our complete surrender and devotion to God.
Through Mother Mary’s own message she gives us the reassurance to focus ourselves on the presence of God within us…

Set 2: Our Lady’s Message
Message of the Holy Father (Pope Benedict XVI) in his commentary on the Third Secret of Fatima “I would like finally to mention another key expression of the “secret” which has become justly famous: “my Immaculate Heart will triumph.” What does this mean? The Heart open to God, purified by contemplation of God, is stronger than guns and weapons of every kind. The fiat of Mary, the word of her heart, has changed the history of the world, because it brought the Savior into the world – because, thanks to her Yes God could become man in our world and remains for all time.”
Cathy’s reflection:
I believe that Mother Mary has a big part of contribution to make the plan of God to happen. Because of her humility, faith and acceptance we were saved from our sins. And who am I to say NO to God, I am nothing compare to Mama Mary. All I want to do is open my heart, purified by contemplation of God, exercise Divine Indwelling for the readiness of my heart and soul to be worthy for the love and sacrifice Jesus has done for me, TO SAVE MY SOUL. With that belief and faith, Her Immaculate will triumph.
Sis Lei’s reflection:
Mama Mary continues her mission till the end of the world. Through our baptism we were consecrated to God by His spirit dwelling within us and by being given the gift of Faith. Also through our baptism God the Father entrusted His creation including us to Jesus Christ that we maybe one with Him.
So Mama Mary also being a human being she was also entrusted to Jesus Christ and because she has been consecrated to God, she also takes up her mission to bring many souls back to God. Just like Mama Mary we also have the same mission, to always be one with Christ and to proclaim the good news that God is within them.
Sis Rhona’s reflection:
“The heart open to God, purified by contemplation of God, is stronger than guns and weapons of every kind”
When my ex-husband told me that he wanted to separate and leave me with my son, my heart was crushed. And for the first few days I was not able to sleep, eat or stop my heart from beating so fast that every heartbeat was so painful and heavy on the chest. It was probably the worst feeling I have ever experienced in my life. I was in so much pain, fearful, lost, scared and broken. Yet God has granted me the grace to see Him during those darkest days! And so upon understanding that He was there with me during those moments and He was the one carrying me through those days, I opened my heart to Him and just surrendered everything to Him! As if burying all the pain I felt and grieving for healing. Little by little God started to take charge of my life as I practised the exercise of DI and continued to join our weekly WTs. God arranged all things in my life for my best interests and allowed me to be transformed to become a much stronger person, a better person! And as I continue with my journey, He is always molding me to be better, teaching me His ways, directing me to the right path – – sis Rhona version 36.0! J
Bro Joe’s reflection:
Mama Mary is the one fighting so hard to help us realize the DESIGN of the Lord for all of us (Eph 1:4 and Col 1:27/2:2-3). She will help us. That is the reason why we have the Cenacle to pray and to listen to her instruction and the revelation in Scriptures. In your Cenacle try to discuss a Set or Two after the prayer before the fellowship meal. Start with Lesson 6 on Divine Indwelling. The rest of the lessons will follow.
What Our Lady has been asking from us is to be united with God in His Divine Indwelling within our soul so that we may activate the KEY that opens up all the treasures of God’s wisdom and knowledge which help us to promote the solution to the problems of humanity.
Cathy’s reflection:
As I have mentioned the Divine Indwelling Retreat with Bro. Jo gave me a significant transformation and perception on how to deepen my relationship with God. Being united with God is such a wonderful and amazing feeling that until now I cannot explain. I am now conscious in all the things that I’m doing and with the people around me. God allowed me to have the KEY that I need to exercise more. The key is the Divine Indwelling. God will answer all your questions instantly showered with wisdom and knowledge. I can communicate anytime, anywhere to Jesus by doing DI.
Sis Lei’s reflection:
I was deeply touched & humbled with your sharing Ate Cathy during our set 7 Walk through, about living out or practicing what you pray. Talaga binibigyan mo ng kahulugan (*you are really giving meaning) and you take into heart what we pray and what we discuss in our walk throughs.
Through your sharing you made me realize that we need to live out what we pray and what we believe in. Your sharing struck me because I don’t always practice what I preach & I could easily get derailed and distracted and even self centred! I can see humbleness through you. Continue to be sincere in your journey with God because I know that you believe that no matter what happens kahit saan ka man niya ilagay (*no matter where God puts you), do not let fear get into you.
Allow the Lord, Ate Cathy that through your life experiences and you and your families transformation is an example of the work of constant exercise of Divine Indwelling and living out your life through the Walk Throughs.
Thank you for your sharings and insights Ate Cathy!
Sis Terri’s reflection:
I too am humbled and so inspired after reading both your reflections, sis Lei and Kathy! I am such a blessed human being – the grace of God’s flows through you both right now in me! Alam nyo ba (*Do you know that) right now I just learned that 2 of our valued colleagues here at work were made redundant, and for a short moment I was stunned and speechless.. Then like a sparkle of a bright new star seen on a very dark night I remember to go inside me, in the deepest centre of my soul where I truly belong! I am in tears as I write these next few lines as I felt I am no longer fazed by these negativities going on around me! Alam ni Lord saan niya ako ilalagay (*God knows where to place me) so why I should I even fear? God bless us all!
Sis Tess’ Reflections
We humans tend to always look for companionship through others. But if we profoundly understand His presence, there will be no one else that could replace him in our hearts.
(*In my own life, there is nothing else that I long for other than to always feel God in my heart. I have gotten to know him deeper as a Father, friend and a companion who is always by my side. I don’t think I would be able to to do anything if he were not there. He is the only one I depend on. Why would I look for temporary relationships from others that cannot be given by mortals?) We humans tend to always look for companionship through others. But if we profoundly understand His presence, there will be no one else that could replace him in our hearts.
Sis Rhona’s reflection
Sis Cathy, you are truly blessed for answering the call of Mother Mary and Jesus to be in this spiritual journey with them and learning about DI! Your willingness to follow the process and exercise DI is truly remarkable! I pray that now that you have found the key which opens up the door in your heart towards God’s loving presence dwelling in your soul, may you grab hold of this grace and use this key to help you discover so much more about yourself & our loving God! Just keep doing DI and continue to join us in our WTs until it becomes your habit and way of life to be in God’s presence and sharing His love from within you to others!
Thank you for reading, watch out for the next walk througher who will share their meditations on Set 3 of Lesson 6.
Praise be to God!
